this was a bit surprising to me. didn't know the L could command this kind of money. looks like a nice car. a few missing parts that are easily replaceable and a few white lies about being original. overall a real looker.

With quality early 911s getting harder and harder to find, and the growing appreciation for the torguey 2.0 non-S engine, I think (and hope) we'll be seeing more of these higher resale prices.

But try restoring one properly for under 18k...
If a '67S can be worth $50k, who's to say a nice L is priced too high at $18k. The market determines the price. As long as I can still ferret out the bargains for $1k, I hope the mainstream market keeps going up! :D
