As far as I know (disclaimer) chrome side cover with a top release lever is '71 only, '69 & '70 are side mount.
Those seats are from a 71. Those things are a mess. They have been re-upholstered by a shop used to doing Yugos. The screws in the hinges are not correct, either.
A Yugo owner would be ashamed of those.
Fortunately no drywall screws were used.
