We had every intention of going to Rennsport II....how could we not?, it's 5 miles away! It, however, looks like the Classic Motorsports 911 will be stripped down to a tub by then and on its way to being a Rgruppe-inspired creation, sans appearance group trim, back in its original Bahama Yellow birthday suit.
I'll probably still be there, maybe driving our restored 914 2.0

I will be there with my 73S sporto and have a favor to ask. I noticed that your car has through the grill fog lights. I have a set of 72 chrome grills that I was thinking about cutting to accept my through the grill fogs, and then re-chroming. But I need a template. Might it be possible to get together so that I can do a tracing from your grills? I will have the 73 S in the 'Gang of 40' line up. Thanks.
