swb oil lines - cooler - which to use? what to do?

as I am further upgrading my 65, the next step would be the preparation for the oil lines and to get an oil cooler in the front.

There are so many discussions, which parts to use on a 65, which oil coolers, which lines...

The one saying, nope, not usable
for a swb, the other, nope, there had not been a thermostat behind the oiltank etc.

The next, cut down some G model oil lines and make them fit.....

Well, I am not the expert on oil lines, so please, I do need your advice on this issue.

On my 67 I used a combination of 69-71 S tank mounted thermostat, custom made lines and 74 style rocker panel lines, and a mid-eighties 911 Carrera oil cooler.

I have Elephant Racing lines and thermostat on my 67. I had one of their Carrera type oil coolers up front. I've since taken it off and gone to duel triple trombones. Overkill but a fun project.

I have reproduced the complete S oil filter consol, thermostat, and the 4 oil lines for 69-71

the oil filter console is ready on stock 449€

the thermostat follows in a few weeks 479€
in September I have the full kit of oil lines / tubes
that would be priced 1495 € as a complete set ( incl the console and thermostat )

I am thinking of making the oil lines for swb specific... but I have to see how sales go on the above
shipping to US can be a problem ( the oil lines )

I also have the S oil tanks if so

That oil filter/ thermostat housing is in short supply, glad to see you're making them. Do you happen to make the 69-71 oil tank with increased capacity and baffled?

sorry we only made the tanks as original

we made some 72 oil tanks larger to ST specs some years ago

the 65-71 oiltank is hard to make larger .. but will maybe look into it
