Belgian spec

Is there any knowledge here of Belgian specifications .
Im Working on a 73 E and am having a hard time understanding any differences between a Belgian spec car or regular German specification car.
Headlight colour as far I know was not yellow as with French car unless someone can chime in.
Car came with the big plastic 85l tank and vent system as ROw.
Were head rests mandatory and seat belts? Front bumper guards ?
This car was also delivered left side drivers mirror delete.
Anyone here with an original Belgian car ?

I had a d'Ieteren Freres 73S. It had headrests, driver door mirror, 85l tank, trombone cooler, german lighting.

So far from what I can tell consistently is that every RS sold to Belgium came equipped with additional long range driving lamps above bumper. My E has them as well but it’s not listed as an option as well as the rear red fog lamp. its very possible it’s standard equipment for Belgian export. . From what I can tell this might just be the only variation from German spec.

If your car still had the original owners manual what language was it in ?

It actually had two one in French and one German. I think the French was original too the car.
