EXCELLENCE may still have a back copy for sale....not sure tho. Sorry, but for some weird reason, I'm all out of the dozen or so extra copies I bought when the issue first appeared ;)....and no scanner here.
I was with Ledbetter and Smith today. Smith dug up a copy of that issue. I love the pic of Paul and the fuzzy dice back in the day!
