1300 bid is probably for aluminum engine lid and oil cooler, too bad missing aluminum valance
My guess is that the alum engine lid is long gone too. That looks like a three bar lid from 69 unless the other support tabs for a proper '70 five bar grill have been sawed off.
yes now that I look at the pictures you are correct it is probably long gone likely with the valance.
