Take a bow, Jack. And thank you...thank you very much!
Thanks for the pics, Jack. Wish I could have been there. So who's going to spill the beans about what mods Kurt Z. did to his lightweight Ritchie Ginther special?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Someone told me it was 935 brakes. And I think that someone was Chris H.Quote:

Tom,
Kurt sent in a pic of his latest mod. It's on the Registry website under "Member's Pics". Basically, a 935 dry sump system in the trunk, modified fuel cell and chassis brace. I'll try to add more detail shots later.

here is a pic of Kurt's car
The 935 oil system has cool (and correct) details like the cage being used as the breather lines. The oil tank, filter, etc. are all moved forward, improving weight distribution, and cooling better with an additional factory fender cooler and a 23-quart capacity.
Also, the old plastic tank has been replaced with aluminum.
Why don't U just take a Bill Board out on Hollywood Blvd and paste up your pictures...they seem to have bin posted every place else.
Very cool and totally functional. Nice job, Kurt! Still my favorite R-Gruppe car and getting better. :DQuote:
