1973 Porsche 911s Targa
http://adcache.collectorcartraderonl...6/80786216.htm
1973 PORSCHE 911 TARGA, Here's a rare opportunity to own one of the most collectible & last of the mechanically fuel injected 911's. Having spent a "King's Ransom", a complete rebuild of the original engine was performed including new sleeves, pistons, bearings, valves, throttle shafts & housings, clutch assembly & anything else that moves & needed restored. The ORIGINAL paint was also stripped with the highest quality re-spray applied in the correct Porsche Silver over a rust-free, dent-free body. The original black leather interior is in incredibly well preserved condition with the optional Recaro style seats & complete leather trim. The Fuchs wheels are nearly flawless with new Yokohama 215-60 & 205-60 V-rated performance tires. Targa top, air conditioning, leather interior & the awesome mechanically injected 2.4 "S" engine, it doesn't get any better than this in a classic 911S !!!!!!

Are they insane? $59,900?
Let me see... what's wrong?
Wrong dash, non-original steering wheel, late model sport seats, missing/modified door pockets, silver 911S insignia on the engine lid, no PORSCHE script.
Plus, for that much, show us the engine. Let me guess, Motor Meister red accents?

Well then mine MUST be worth at least $45K. WTF. I get sick of the brokers to the point I don't even look anymore. Honest cars are as rare as hen's teeth on the open market.
