Sonoma Speed Festival 2021 ?

Hello everyone!

I have not been to the Sonoma speedway, and the 2021 Sonoma Speed Festival is coming up. Is this a good event to attend? Any recommendations?

I attended the inaugural one and it was great. It should be even better the second time around. I only had to travel 20 miles to get there, though. It's actually run by a good friend of mine.

If you are coming a long way, I would say yes, it is worth all 3 days. There is a huge amount of stuff, cars and people to see.

Great cars. Great racing. Great food and drink. Up close with everything. Infinite vantage points for photography. I really enjoyed it.

FYI - the SSF event has been rescheduled to late September 2021! I heard Sonoma County is still being non-committal about mass-gatherings so they needed to push to September to avoid the risk of last minute changes. Bummer, but at least gives me 11 months to find a race car that might qualify for admission!...
