FS: SC Steering Rack + Turbo Tie Rods

I hope the moderators don't mind, but I just realized I had posted my ad in the Other Porsche Cars section, not the 911 section where it belongs. You can delete this and move the other over here if you want. Please leave one as I have lowered the price from the last bump.

Rebuilt steering rack, date code 3/83, with fresh-out-of-the-box Lemfoerder "turbo" tie rods already installed. Will fit any LWB '69-'89 with no modifications.

Price is $550 plus shipping if you can show proof that you are a paid S Registry member. $600 plus shipping otherwise. I will also consider trades as partial or full payment. I am looking for 19mm front torsion bars with no scoring or rust.

Rack was disassembled, cleaned, regreased. Bearings were in excellent condition so I left them in, as they say "Germany" on them and the new SKF and FAG bearings I bought had the name of a different country. They don't make them like they used to. Also reused the Kamax bolts as they were in great shape and provide that period correct look. Bel-Ray 126 EP grease: Aluminum complex thickened (better than Lithium grease), 1% Moly (Molybdenum Disulfide, a dry lubricant similar to graphite) for extreme pressure protection. Pinion teeth and rack teeth looked great, anti-backlash tappet showed very little wear. Coupler disc and stub shaft not installed but you can have them if you want.
