Need help with ID of torsion bar

Would you knowledgeable torsion bar experts have a look at this and tell me what this torsion bar is.
It was in the car when I bought it and it was set up by the person in Delaware that does the 3.6 conversions
He's not too good on recordkeeping
So any help would be appreciated
