    Question Pressure plate

Fitting a new pressure plate to MY69 fitted with a 901/13. The parts manual calls for M8x15mm bolts, and that was what was originally fitted.

My problem is that when I went to torque them to the factory specks (25 foot Lbs) I felt them "stretch".

I've since removed them. Is/was there a change to the torque settings?

Where did you come up with that number? I recall (without benefit of a manual at hand) that the spec was more like 18 ft,lbs.

Yep, right there, are you using the 10K allen bolts they are showing? Seems to me that the 'normal' hex hd bolt is only 8g rated and more like the 18 ft.lb torgue.
