FS: 1971 911T 2.2L Engine and 901 Trans (almost) complete

This is an engine and transmission from a 1971 911T. The body is off the road, and likely never to return - just too rusted. Both are from the same car, though I don't have a COA to know if matching numbers, but expect so. Engine number correct for year and model according to red book.

Engine and trans both have some water damage. That is to say, they have had rain water on and in them. The engine still turns over freely by hand on the flywheel. THe carbs blocked most of the water into the engine. Which means the carbs have water issues as well. One carb shaft is seized, one is mostly seized. In addition to the engine longblock, included is the dry sump tank, the fan housing and fan, the alternator (not pictured) and pulleys (not pictured), heater boxes (needing love), Weber 40 IDAs, oil lines pictured, engine mount, engine tin, fan shroud, the 1971 clutch setup, Carb linkage crossbar, etc.

Basically, it's 80-90% of a complete bolt in setup, but needs going through, obviously.

I'm asking $3900, and will be happy to put it on a pallet, strap and wrap it, or crate, all depending on price, freight on the buyer of course.

    Engine number 61115008
    Trans number: 7112760 911/01
    Vehicle VIN 91111120838
