Anyone else own a Canadian delivered 70-71 911

Would very much like talk with anyone that still owns a stock original Canadian delivered 70-71 911 only as there were a few little differences from US & Can. deliveries. PM me your phone number.
My 35 year ownership of a 71 911 that was ordered through Pfaff Motors in Newmarket On. in July 1970, picked up by the owner on Dec 3 1970. Funny I still have contact with the original owner to this day he's still in Toronto. Wasn't a car guy doesn't remember to much. He was a doctor when he order the Porsche.

    Hope to here from someone

    Thanks
    Hopper

Not I Hopper. But I'm curious to learn what the subtle differences between Cdn & US cars was. Mine was a US car AFAIK, but always keen to brush up on my history!

    Cheers,

Looks like this one was equipped the same as a US car --- right down to charcoal canister

Normally, rear window defrost is standard, and perhaps high amp battery if available. Canadian owners manual and maintenance record in English and French with VW Canada address.

Mine is a 1970, but it's only stock-ish. Anything in particular you are looking for?

I have a '71T bought here in Ottawa. Owned it for about 42 years now. Let me know if I can help. I'm fairly certain not much was done to it before we bought it.
