    Law Suit

We all knew this was coming. What this says is: "The car should have saved me from myself". Take no responsibility when you can sue someone else for your own irresponsible behavior.

    http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/l...512-story.html

"Craig McClellan, the San Diego-based personal injury attorney representing Rudl's widow, argued that Porsche was partly to blame for the crash because it knew the car had a history of over-steering problems during development and the company designed it without an electronic stability control system."

Who does this guy sue for his poor judgement?

Lame. The attorney that is. Any ambulance-chaser worth his salt would have gone for the deep pockets: the DOT for allowing an obviously dangerous car to be sold and the City of Santa Clarita for approving the road design without anticipating that somebody might attempt to take that curve at 94MPH. Why does the government always get off the hook? I'd fire that dude and get a real lawyer ...
