Is there a name for this?

No, it's not a Porsche, but I dig the hub/wheel setup. Is here a name for this hub?

When they do appear on big rigs , ( usually the old style split ring rim ) were euphemistically known as :

    " California Mud Slingers "

I have them as original equipment on my '49 International KB/ 6 two ton truck

Maybe when used this way on cars , they were called the same ?
