The 3.0 cars respond to improving air in and out, best thing is to backdate the heat exchangers and eliminate the cross over pipe and also lose some weight.

3.2's do well with exhaust, air mass meter and a chip

Any impact bumper car is very happy to lose the heavy front and rear bumpers....and if you have power seats, ditch them for something lighter....without giving up any creature comforts, it's pretty easy to lose 200 lbs, and you will notice the difference immediately.
