I would love some help dating a leather key pouch

Hey guys, I bought a leather key pouch a while back and would love some help dating it before I offer it for sale. I feel much more comfortable setting an asking price if I know the detailed information (date/authenticity). To me it appears to be a '70-73 key pouch but I honestly don't know jack.

This is the part where Mr. Bauer and some of you other experienced guys can chime in.

Here's the photos I have uploaded at the moment. I can take better photos if needed.
Oh yeah and the inside lining is black....fwiw
    TIA

yes, carl Bauer can tell, also when seeing its interior. Why only 70-73 , I recall its more 65-73.
If approved period original and in very good/mint shape, $200-$250.

I have a repro from Car Bauer and honestly you cant tell the original from Carl's repro.
    Its interior is red/burgundy, btw
