Those that know early 911S’, know that the 2.2 liter equipped 1970 and 1971 versions are the fastest and sweetest motors that were used in the LWB models. These motors are easy revving and deliver power smoothly. This particular 1970 911S runs as good as it looks, has been fully restored, and has been very well maintained since that restoration. The mileage is just over 68k and it is believed to be original.

The COA shows US Equipment, Blaupunkt Radio, and Comfort Equipment. The Factory Sport Seats were added by the current owner and were restored by Tony Garcia. Last offered for sale in 2009, the car has resided in Florida ever since and sparingly used. Serviced and maintained for the owner by Klub Sport Racing in Riviera Beach, Florida. The cars current condition is spectacular and very nearly flawless. This is a numbers matching car as shown on the COA.
The Irish Green paint is in excellent condition, showing no flaws or issues. The bottom of the car, including all the pans, torsion tube, jack points, seat bottoms and longitudinals are all perfect. This was a very clean early 911 prior to it being restored.

Inside, it is excellent with no issues. The seats have houndstooth inserts and are in excellent condition. The original flat bottom seats are no longer with the car. Door pockets, carpets, and headliner are all excellent.

As expected, this 911S drives very well with no issues. The 2.2 motor is strong and runs very well, reminding me of how great a motor it is in “S” guise. The transmission shifts smoothly and there are no issues with the brakes or suspension.

Amazing car Keith. Looks to be in wonderful shape. It seems like this is the same one correct? Appears fg1227 traded two very special P-cars for one spectacular F-Car.

I wonder if this car shared the garage with the McQueen Lemans 911? Frank Gallogly appears to have owned this car too.

Bump....Lesser examples would cost far more to get to this level then the price being asked. Reasonable offers will be entertained.
