FS: Original early non-headrest 911 SPORT SEATS.

    Pending sale

I am posting these here first since I would like to see them go in the right car. I am not sure what the true value is since a lot of this stuff trades without records. What you are looking at are very early 911 non-headrest 1966-1968 Recaro sport seats. They are in nice original condition. The leather is still soft. There is a tear in the "drivers" seat. I would use the passenger seat for the driver, since they are not sided, to give it a rest. I would say they are 100% original. I am convinced they are 66-68 since there are no headrest holes and I can not feel any under the leather. They come with all the sliders and tilt mechs. All I did was clean them

    Thanks,
    Pete

Nice. 1967 only by my reckoning... I don't think they were available in '66, and '68 is a slightly different seat with headrests.

    Good luck with your sale.

Great seats! So what's the deal on the side bolster material? I have seen perforated and non-perforated material on the side bolsters of "original 67 seats." I remember crawling over a '72 targa at EASY about 30 years ago, ( yes, Jim has been around for a lonnnnng time,) and remember the material was perforated. Any expert comments would be appreciated.

These are (were) genuine leather so no perforation on side boulters.
