FS: Two Heuer Monte Carlo dash timers, going cheap!

Hey all, Im selling a pair of Heuer Monte Carlo's, again they used to be my Dads and they have both spent time in his 911.

The first is a black Milspec Monte Carlo (metal case) which he bought to use during night events (the map light wouldnt shine on the matt black case, and the un-cluttered dial is easy to read). This one works flawlessly and keeps good time. If the buyer wants, I can give it a new coat of paint (done properly) at no extra cost. Im looking for £600 for this one - there is an identical one for sale here for £1000! http://www.retro-uk.com/ (click on parts index, then dash timers and its the third one down)

The second is a chrome one with Tachymeter dial - this one requires a service. It ticks very nice and strong to the end of the wind, but the minute hand is temperamental and very often does not move. The watch was working perfectly when stored so it is likely just gumming of the lubricant - everything works as it should with no loose parts inside that I can see. Also, as can be seen, it does not re-set to zero but this is very common with these timers and easily adjusted by a watch servicer. This one has its original Heuer label on the back. Im looking for £450 for this one.

    Thanks for looking!

The black Milspec is still available but Ive just dropped the chrome one off with my watch guy - hes already fixed the reset issue, it now resets perfectly to zero and hes working on the minute hand which will be fixed soon, then the chrome will be for sale for £600 also.

I can also supply a NOS Heuer twin mount plate for an extra £150 should one person want to purchase both timers, makes them look stunning!
