    Rear seat delete

Help I need info on the rear seat delete option on a 1970 911. Was it an option and what does it look like?

    Thanks,

That's my my "rear storage deposit". I took a stab at the hatch dimensions and so on. It was a pretty simple build. I still have the template for the face and since finishing the project I purchased two factory hatches. I'll use them to fine tune the template as I plan on building another with better factory appearing hinges and better quality vinyl

I cut out a cardboard pattern. I then cut out the template from 1/4 in plywood and scribed it for fit. The material used for the
final structure was 1/2 in russian birch plywood.

Check with Eric Linden or refer to the pelican thread. Specifically the post from John Walker.

AFS (Eric Linden - soterik) is a good start.

This is the example I worked from, but used metal "L" brackets rather than wood gussets.
