    911 VIN.. Real 65 or MY65/66?

I am going to list my Porsche 911 project car that needs a total restoration up for sale shortly and wanted to determine from the experts if it is a real 65 or a 65/66MY. It is a numbers matching project but very rough. Here are the details.
    VIN: 302001
    Color Code 6402 Ruby Red
    Engine Number 902102

From what I have read this is a real 65 911?

    Thanks,
    Brad

Looks like the real deal, though right around the cutoff; 6402 paint code says a lot.

Yes, I`d call that an honest 1965 MY car. Could you post a photo of the corner of the dash, showing the end of the kneepad & the ignition switch please. This is the second last day in my database for 64xx paint codes; the 30th shows 66xx codes. However, since the Kardex is a warranty document, I would have to guess that the dates are probably a little after the actual completion date; we have strong evidence this is the invoice date. Many thanks for providing the Kardex.

Thank you very much for the confirmation... I am not sure if this picture is going to help but here it is. This car needs a total restoration.

    Thanks,
    Brad
