    Stoddard Description:
"Per is just about done reworking his 1973.5 911T and is offering it for sale. It has just over 50,000 original miles on it and has been just treated to a major cosmetic exterior and interior restoration. Per is offering the car for sale here in Ohio him at pschroeder@stoddard.com.

The Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche indicates that it is a numbers matching car with some neat options, like anti-roll bars, Koni shocks and the Aluminum S Calipers on the front. The S Appearance Group parts look good against the original hue of Sepia brown with brown leatherette interior.

The body was taken down to bare metal and resprayed to a high standard. We fixed the small, discrete corrosion issues the car had—specifically the gas tank support under the battery boxes, as well as damage from a rodent building a nest on the pedal cluster. The car was reassembled with new seals, new trim and decos as well as a new Sekurit green-tinted windscreen to match the other glass.

The interior was redone with new carpet, dashpad and front seat upholstery. The engine and suspension are as-original. We've cleaned and recommisioned the engine with a largely new fuel system (tank, pump, lines, accumulator) and have it running like a charm. It has good and even compression on all six cylinders and doesn't smoke.

There was a lot of time spent sanding and finishing the door jams, under the hood and under the trunk lid to make the car look spectacular. You can see photos of the restoration process here on this blog, including the painting and interior restoration. Door panels and pockets are original and in great shape. You can see the very clean, original S-calipers peaking out from behind the refinished ATS "cookie cutters" and new tires.

This 911 just needs a driver!
