    FS: @eBay - Cheap Longhood 911

They get no cheaper then this, $1000 with no reserve!

Here we have a 1969 Porsche 911T Targa delivered from the factory in rare Tangerine paint. It also came with the rare rear wiper option although the decklid needs some serious work to save. The body was blasted and primed so everything you see on the car is metal, not filler. Unfortunately the blasting processed revealed rust, and lots of it. The previous owner seemed to have a plan for this car. It has very rare early BBS Mahle wheels in 15x7 and 15x8. It also has a Lexan race windshield sitting in place. The interior was stripped completely. No engine or transmission are with the car, and nothing other than what you see pictured is included. There have been numerous metal repairs made on the car already, they may or may not be up to your standards. The underside is very rusty and will need replacement. It's a rolling shell for the most part that needs rust repair from top to bottom, but with the price of entry into the 911 market, this is your chance to substitute sweat equity for cash investment. When you're finished you will have a rare LWB 911T in striking Tangerine paint. The wheels alone are worth the opening bid. Offered at No Reserve!

THIS IS IMPORTANT, THERE IS NO TITLE, NY IS A NO TITLE STATE FOR OLD CARS SO THIS CAR WILL BE SOLD ON A NOTARIZED BILL OF SALE, I REPEAT, NO TITLE, NO TITLE, NO TITLE. You can probably get a title from one of the many title services, but you won't get one from us, just a bill of sale.

With the value of LWB cars going through the roof there won't be many more chances to get in on the ground floor. Priced to sell with no reserve.

As a data point, this car originally sold on eBay back in 07/08 for $800...

Does it have a title? Is it rusty?

REALLY nice BBS wheels! The CN36 tires on the fronts are a time warp.

Even the 1st bid at $1,000 may be too high.

if it was near me (which it isn't by > 5.000 mls) I would certainly see that value in those wheels and the longhood and would act accordingly...

If only it was less than 3000 miles from me... but then I don't need another 2+ year project.
