    Early camtowers without partnumbers?

from 1964 barn find " generel info"

what is this about page 8 in the pelican thread "cam towers without part numbers down the center rib"? In the parts book the earliest ones are 901.105.112.04 up to engine 903069 , why have those towers in the pelican thread no partnumber?

have anyone an idea about the early towers without partnumbers, and how they are made compared to the ones in the 1965 part book?

can it be some towers made for also blank engine cases, for test purposes, racing , or ?
