    FS: 72 Gas Tank

    SOLD
For sale is a 72 gas tank taken from a 72 parts car.
    Recently drained & steam cleaned.
Pressure tested for leaks; MINOR repairs on the bottom of the tank were needed & completed (see pic).
Acid etched tank inside, flushed clean & then coated to prevent future rust build up. Allowed to cure and coated a second time to ensure all surfaces were coated. Primer painted the outside.
Receipt for the work comes with the tank.
All this needs now is to remove a bit more of the surface coating that is lose, then hit those and the repaired areas with a surface coat. All the hard work is done and what you have is a real vintage tank rather than a reproduction!
