This is the best early model 930 I have seen in several years! Very low miles driven, 44,900, it is in excellent street concours level condition. It is a one owner example which was purchased new at the Bob Hagested Porsche Audi dealership in Denver, Colorado. The exterior is metallic silver with full black leather interior, (seats, dash, door panels and rear seats), power windows, electric rear window defogger, tinted glass, four speed transmission, air conditioner, 16” factory alloy wheels, driving lights and upgraded Alpine radio. The only other modification was the installation of an auxiliary oil cooler under the right front fender cooled by direct ventilation and a fan controlled by the driver. The exterior was repainted due to a minor altercation with wire fence which caused minor damage to the hood, front bumper, front fenders and roof in 1981. This damage was expertly repaired by the best German car collision repair facility in Denver. The roof was repainted and the seal around the sunroof replaced in 2013. Otherwise, there were no alterations, collision damage or modifications to this car. This is an outstanding value and a rare opportunity for the discerning Porsche enthusiast who understands the collectability of this Porsche 930 at below current market prices.

Mechanical Systems – The car has been meticulously maintained by Bob Hagestead and Eisenbuds, Inc., a well respected Porsche service facility, Denver, Colorado for its entire life and the automobile is in excellent mechanical condition. A recent inspection of the engine, June 2014, revealed leak down readings of 4%, 4%, 4%, 6%, 4% and 4%, with no major deficiencies noted. The clutch and pressure plate were replaced at 37,294 miles driven in 2008 and the brake pads were replaced at 44,241 miles. All maintenance and routine mechanical work is fully documented with service orders and invoices. The engine number is the original and this was verified by PCNA. The A/C system was updated in June 2011 with the installation of a new rotary compressor and new hoses and it functions properly.

Exterior and Interior – There are almost no significant imperfections in the paint other than very minor chips on the front bumper. A new windshield was installed in May, 2008. The seats, dash, door panels, carpeting, dash and headliner are in excellent condition. The wheels are the original factory type Fuchs, with excellent Fuzion tires, P205/55R16 and 245/40R16 which were installed at 43,861 miles in July 2010.

Other considerations – The complete and original tool kit, and owner’s manual are included, as well as a custom made cover. This car could be a serious contender in street concours judging.

This fine Porsche is located in Denver Colorado and is available for inspection.
