I have a set of 2.2E cylinders from engine case #6108533 and according to the Red Book they came from a 71E Targa. 3 of the cylinders have broken fins so I'm not sure if you can use them. Let me know if your interested.

Either you have mis-read the book or the author of the "Red book" is on crack!
An engine with a number starting with 610 is a 1970 911T and comes with cast iron cylinders. Your cylinders appear to be cast iron and came from an engine with a number starting with 610.

    Regards

    Hi Jim,

It's listed on page 24 at the bottom, unless I'm reading it wrong

Well, that confirms it. The author may not be on crack but he has no idea what he is writing about or has a really poor editor.

This is the second time that I've heard of misinformation coming from the Red Book.

    Thanks for the clarification Jim
