    1971 Porsche 911T Targa, Third Owner, We have owned since July 4th, 1995. Porsche Certificate of Authenticity showing matching numbers. As well as, a recent stated value appraisal for $70,000 value, done for insurance purposes.


    Full exterior, interior restoration, transmission rebuild, suspension and brake restoration, The exterior has had a bare metal, glass out, panels off, Glasurit re-paint in 2001. 911 restored with original S Trim, H4 headlights, Porsche metal front S bumper, new rubber and seals throughout, and MA Shaw ducktail. The original deck lid painted to match the car is included. Original 6 x 15 inch Fuchs with Goodyear Eagle GTs. The interior is Black Leatherette, Basketweave 11, in great condition, with original German wool haragon carpet set. Included are the Factory Owner’s Manual, complete factory tool kit, and factory jack.

    The engine is the original 2.2 liter, horizontally opposed flat six engine, updated with Porsche oil tensioners, turbo lower valve covers, Bosch distributor, and Webber carburetors with K+N air filters. The five speed 911/01 transmission was rebuilt in 2001 with clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing and pilot bearing. The suspension rebuild included all new bushings and wheel bearings and includes turbo tie rods and 911S sway bars front and rear.

    This 911 has no rust, and has been driven only in perfect weather the last 19 years. No rain, no snow… Runs and drives well.

    The original engine deck lid painted to match the car, the original unrestored engine air box, original Marrelli distributor, Blaupunkt, Bamberg radio, and two original front door pockets.
