    Monterey August 16th

I have a very good friend (he bought my 53 Cab) who will be visiting from Stuttgart Germany. He would like to attend the Pebble Beach Concours. The place we have rented will not allow any additional
persons. I am trying to find a reasonably priced room/bed for him to stay over Saturday evening the 16th of August. He would be attending Hagerty's dawn patrol Sunday AM @ 5:30 so would be leaving early.
If any one has or knows of an extra room/bed for 1 night please let me know. He is a very interesting Porsche guy and would be a great contact to become friends with. Please contact me if you have any ideas.
    Thanks

I just found a room at the Carmel Lodge. Call Stephanie at 831 624 1255. They do have a five night minimum, but it is the only place I was able find in Carmel. Walking distance to Ocean.

'97 Boxster, first delivered in DC Metro, silver/red -sold (huge mistake to buy this one)
'99 C2, silver/black, RoW M030, limited lip, short shift - sold (good ride, but...)

    '69 912, 3.2 with all the trimmings
    (finally got air cooled)
