Anyone have 69S 119300980? I have your motor.

    Hi all,

I've recently learned of the VIN that my '69S running gear is from.

    It's 119300980, Was in USA in 2010 with a 2.7.

Correct running gear for it currently resides in my 69E in Sydney. Posted here FS

If you have brought it to Oz since, it'll be an easier reunion.

Put a joint for-sale ad up in the For Sale forum... A lot easier for a local in the States to grab the shell, and bring the motor to them...

Except the body is located in Sheridan, WY...

Care to wager on odds of reuniting said chassis and engine?

If that's the case, don't like your chances.

    What's the issue?

A person in the US is going to have an easier time recovering the chassis from the seller wherever it is in the States. You've got the current owner of the engine in Australia willing to sell and facilitate its transport back to the States. For the price these things are trading for now, I would have thought it worth the effort?
