It's not clear whether you're trying to buy them or want to know what they look like. Car and Driver has an old article 1969 Porsche 912 vs. 911T Targa, 911E, 911S on their website with a couple medium-high photos of the 911S, such as:

The little hubcap on the Fuchs wheel should have a Porsche crest with no colors.

The article's particularly interesting because Mark Donahue was one of the testers.

I can add that the article said the car in the picture has 15x6.0 inch wheels with Michelin X 185/70VR15 tires.

Sometimes Sierra Madre Collection has sets of Fuchs wheels in stock.

    Mark,

    What is an original look-alike?

As far as choices you have exactly two.
Steel wheel type hub caps and Fuchs 3 prong center caps.

The three prong cap was used on the 69S.

    They are available new.
The current finish is different though.
(as with most parts that are still being made)

    Harvey (or anyone else):

Can you give any more detail on the proper finish for the early caps? The only ones I have that might be unmolested appear to be painted silver. If they should be painted, is there a readily available paint that is a good match?

On the left is the original polished finish. On the right is what you get when you order one today from Porsche

They were anodized but not polished much if any at all.
They did look much like the current painted ones but the finish was anodized and "hollow" and not as blatant as the painted ones.
Some had a little shine to them. I'm sure they were originally supposed to match the anodize on the wheels but the material is so much different that even if they were treated to the same process, they would look different.
I have seen them vary from some polish to completely dull like the RSR finish.
There were some in 70 or 71 era that even were like machined stainless!
The quality control to even have some sort of similarity was never check IMHO.
I'm sure the order just said "caps, anodized" and the mfg took some liberty with the specs.
We try to make them closer to the wheels but they were originally much darker (heavier) anodize coating.
I'll try to photograph some originals that I have saved for comparison but I'm afraid the finish won't photograph well.
