SWB Fenders and Rear Quarters (or advice needed)

I just bought a 68 911L and it has a bad flare job from the 80's. Both front and rear were cut and Had fiberglass ST flare added. The job is no bueno. So I'm thinking I need new fenders (in addition to rock panels, pans, bumpers and other spots). Unless one of you learned fellows knows a better solution? I know I can buy fiberglass stock front fenders but the rear seems more challenging. All the aftermarket rear flares and quarters are for LWB. My first Porsche so all of this is quite confusing. I'm in Northern California/SF bay so the closer the better. Thanks

Your best bet is to go back to original configuration unless you have racing in mind. Someone on this board is selling a pair of rear swb flares ("rear narrow flares") and front fenders shouldnt be too hard to find.
