Anyone Know What Option Package C13 is on 914-6

Just what the title says, got my COA today on my '70 914-6 and under optional equipment it lists "Option Package C13" does anyone know what this is? I did a search on here and the subject had been discussed before but no definitive answer has been posted.

I thought the C codes were the countries of origin, although I don't know what country 13 would be. Is this a USA car?

I have the same designation of option package C13 on my 6 and it has the US appearance group options of tinted glass, leather wrapped steering wheel, 14 inch Fuchs but no heated rear window and driving lights rather than fog lights. I had asked this question here and at 914world several years ago. This is definitely not country code C13 (Finland) but an option package code. I'm reprinting the following reply from another member here in the 914/6 sustainability thread that makes sense. Evidently Porsche retains no historic memory of what this package code signified. Kind of like the dark ages there.

I received the COA the other day for my recent 914-6 acquisition and it was a bit different than the COA for my other cars. Instead of listing the options separately it reads “Option Package C13”. Therein lies the question, does anyone know what Option Package C13 consists of? To my understanding all 914-6’s came with the “Appearance Group Option” which I believe consisted of Chrome Bumpers, Fog Lights, Vinyl Roll Bar Trim, Dual Tone Horn, Leather Wrapped Steering Wheel and possibly Tinted or Shaded Glass. I have seen a few of the Heated Rear Window’s and even one with A/C but I’m pretty sure that hatchet job was an aftermarket deal.
So my best guess is that C13 is the “Appearance Group Option” ?

Thanks Zedone, that makes sense, definitely not a Country code. Mine did come with chrome bumpers, Fog Lights, Vinyl Targa Bar trim, Dual-tone horns, leather wrap steering wheel and tinted glass. Since mine is a '70 I am assuming in later years Option Package C13 changed to "Appearance Group" package.
