    Please read the original ad.

    It says "lower 48".

    This does not include AZ as our state is now part of Mexico. CA now counts as two states; the state of Normal and the state of Confusion.


    As for duty and tariff, I have more buyers ask for a faux receipt than the other way around. Just my experience.
