    Are you sure that a '67 lid? I thought it should have a central bar

    certainly doesn't appear to be a '67 lid.

    The lid did come off a euro delivered 67 911, does not have bar as noted, replacement by P.O. ?.... Don't know...

    I suspect that this was a " Swabian running model change " i.e., they ran out of center bar lids and started to use the next years part. Paint color is same as hood which is original to the car...Jon

    I vote for a replacement. Early '68 can be found with the center bar grill.
