yeah, i looked at his ebay listings and they all seemed pretty aggressive. i've spoken to the guy on the phone and he seems okay ... just really proud of his merchandise.

Is he really serious with that price?

Actually the $29,998 injector pump is even a little wilder.

Calling attention to sales such as this is just rewarding bad behaviour.

Ooops... sorry, Jim: I was more interested in seeing pictures of a good original example...

No Worries, Stephen. I could take some pictures of the one in my 71 911T, if you wish. I did take a hacksaw to it, though. I needed to chop some of the side of of it to clear the 73 seatbelt covers in my car.

    Regards

    Jim
PS: Somebody was making those things for a while. I think Eric was contemplating a run of them, too.

The seller has some really cool stuff. How does one come up with such a collection of odds and ends? I love the 935 BBS wheels.

Well, I'm not sure it's worth $29,998, but I can tell you with 100% certainty 8 years ago I sold my BOSCH factory 911 RSR pump for 20K, so eight years later it's got to be worth more, right? Can most of us buy a 911 today at the same price-range from 2008? I don’t' think so...
