1970 911S what should the air cleaner snorkel look like?

I would be grateful if someone could let me know exactly (hopefully with a picture) of what the air cleaner snorkel should look like on my 1970 911S that has no AC fitted. My car is fitted with a short stubby snorkel but I see some pictures with much longer snorkels.
    Thanks,
    Kevin

Thank you for responding. So are the short stubby snorkels for later AC equipped cars?

I don't know what yours looks like, but yes, when A/C was installed one of two things was done, either the snorkel was shortened, or it was cut and rewelded to face the other side of the engine. All this was done of course to clear the A/C compressor.
