    rear reflectors, 1969 911

Been trying to locate NOS reflectors for the rear of my car. No one seems to have them. 2 questions, does anyone have a set in good condition they would like to sell? If that doesn't work, can anyone provide some advice on the replacement lens that i see that Stoddard has? Others may too, though Sierra Madre does not. Thank you

Sierra Madre does have them with or without the black rubber surround. I bought mine from SM without the surround and was quite pleased with them.

There are I believe at least three different reflectors that I've seen/had. I've seen the 67 dated with two rows of safety cert. markings, 67 dated with three rows like yours (what was original on my 70S) and then the 72 DOT marked reflectors.

These were first used on 69 cars..........67 date do not make sense to me.....cliff
There are a few sellers on eBay with them (reflectors only)

Of course they were but, Safety regs. were in place before reflectors were made and put to use on the cars. Designs had to be in place well ahead of manufacture to meet the regs.. This is no different than the 68 codes on the front and rear signal lenses first used on the 69 MYcars. THese are dates corresponding to safety requirements, not date codes indicating when they were manufactured.

67 codes are correct for the reflectors starting in 69.
