    FS: Time and Two Seats by Janos Wimpffen

    Time and Two Seats-Five Decades of Long Distance Racing by Janos Wimpffen. Five Decades of Long Distance Racing;

    This massive two volume set, which is presented in a cloth covered slip case, is regarded by many experts as the most comprehensive racing history ever produced. Janos Wimpffen, who is the historian for the Bruce McCaw automotive collection, has meticulously gathered tens of thousands of facts for this complete history of championship sports car racing in Europe and the USA since 1953. The book is organised as two volumes containing over 2250 pages of stories, race results, statistics and driver listings and profiles, course maps, photos, chassis numbers and other points of interest uncovered over his many years of research.

    Condition:
    Slight wear to exterior of slipcase but books are in very good, clean condition.

    Picture is of the actual book. More pictures on request.

    Prices seem to be all over the place but I think EUR 1.000 is fair. However feel free to make an offer. Insured shipping is free (and will cost me dearly: the books weigh 8+ kilo)
