    Hi, the rusty floor out of 301829 has only the outer row of indents.

    okay, txs. I saw pictures today of what seemed an original (rusty) floor pan of a September 66 car, which only had 1 row of indents, so I guess I have the answer to my question on my May 65 car: should be 1 row.

    Now, still would be interested to know when they changed to double rows. By the way, does anyone know why the h*ck they changed them or why they put them in in the first place? What purpose does this serve, other than keeping us busy 50 yrs later........

    My June '67 car is single row, as is my 301421 of May '65. I'll check my '68, but I have a feeling that this is a SWB thing.

    found a 71 with single row (unfortunatly i dont know the vin of it) so i guess the cange happened somewhen in 71
