whats your opinion on the repro gas tanks?

I had my original tank sandblasted, inside sealed, and resprayed the exterior with Wurth stone guard. Now I am concerned that the ethanol fuel will deteriorate the sealer and make it's way into my engine and injectors.

Now I'm considering just replacing the tank with a new one that is metal lined .. like the repros from Stoddard, or a galvanized version. I read someplace that they are made in China and the quality is pool.

    Thanks

I have heard somewhere that ethanol fuel will deteriorate sealers. My thing is gas isn't something to fool with, sort of like seats without headrests. Gas leaks are not cool. My was swapped with the larger 100 liter and well, so if you do not mind $75.00 of fillup, one can go farther and jump higher..
