73 S - need help identifying where to mount air cleaner piece

I can't identify where to mount this pipe through its mounting tab in the engine bay. It is an associated component of the air cleaner where a vacuum/fuel hose connects between the small pipe on it and at the rear center/bottom of the air cleaner. Thank you!

It is the drain pipe for the air filter housing, mine is in gold zink by the engine stand head.
