I stumbled across this company in France with exceedingly low prices on AL and steel panels and I was hoping that someone on the Board might have experience with them that they would share.

I have personally dealt with Maurice the owner on many occasions. He is a very stand up business man, I have never had any issues when dealing with his company or products. That said I have not purchased sheet metal from him due to the costs to ship from Europe to California.

My Porsche which came from France, most of the receipts are from Rose. Not had a problem with the vehicle so I can assume that they are safe to deal with.

+1 from me too. I've dealt with them , mostly they are cheaper than others, some items inexplicably so they're dearer.

Ditto. Great resource and many items bargain priced compared to stateside vendors. Permatune CDI boxes and coils, for instance. Fast and professional too.

I order all the time from them since years. Good availability, quick order confirmationan and fast delivery. But... be carefull with the replica parts they offer, like e.g. the clear side markers for 993 etc. Low quality, they break the moment you try to install them. Not always clear in the description what is a trash from China and what not.
