What was done during the rebuilt? Only cosmetic or were the seats, guides, etc replaced and machined?

The following was done with the heads

    -All new guides
    -Seats were mashined
    -Valve were checked and machined
    -New guide sealing
-All stud was taken out, checked and broken ones replaced
-Valve springs checked and set to the to OEM settings

After the rebuild, the heads was tested for leakage.
