There will be quite a few of us from Florida with our early 911's.
There will be a Porsche corral.
Who else is planning to attend?

We have a small group driving down from NC. Is there any info online about the Porsche Corral?

The corrals are not listed on their website.
You will have to call (727) 573-1340 and reserve your spot.
    This is no charge.

I just got an update on the corral parking in an email from PCA. Attached is an excerpt:

"Clearwater, FL, October 30, 20014 – HSR (Historic Sportscar Racing, Ltd.) announced today that there will be Car Corrals at their “Classic 24 Hour at Daytona” on Saturday and Sunday, November 15 – 16, 2014. As of today, special parking will be available for Porsches, Corvettes, Mustangs, Jaguars, BMWs, Vipers, and Morgans. If your club has not yet requested Car Corral parking, contact Sara Councilor at HSR (REGISTRAR@HSRRACE.COM), or Norm Sippel at Vintage Motorsport (nsippel@vintagemotorsport.com).

You can buy tickets at www.HSRtickets.com And, get more information at: http://www.hsrrace.com/

When you get to the track, follow the signs for the Car Corral to the area opposite the Vendor area. Corral participants will save the $10 Infield Parking fee. Just show your car club membership card or a copy of this email.

The first 50 Car Corral participants on Saturday morning will receive a “Goody Bag” courtesy of Vintage Motorsport magazine. We will also have coffee and donuts Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Car Corral. Come join us.

If the above links do not work, copy and past to your browser.

    Hope to see you there."

I have a 4 day pass and am planning on driving over in the blue car Thursday AM. Looks like I won't need my Infield Parking Pass. If anyone can use it get in touch.

Early 67S, Long, Haywood, and Quick Vic. Looks like a very interesting participant. I don't recall seeing much if anything about this car before although I imagine it's been discussed on here somewhere...

Cool car Jim. I was fortunate to have driven Jerry Peter's car on the same race and we finished ahead of them
