    Depending on size it might be a perfect case for the factory jack perhaps?

    T here was one on ebay a while back described as for safety equipment mandated for German market cars.

    I've seen similar non-Porsche "emergency kits", usually have a road triangle, first aid kit and safety vest.

    I know that some factories used to supply a rally tool kit for factory purchased rally cars. The kit contained everything for roadside repairs on a much greater scale than the traditional tool kit. Could this be such a box minus the tools?? If no one knows what it is, that's what I would most likely do with it....recreate a rally tool kit.
