. . . I drove this May production car off the dealer lot in August of 1973. Matching numbers. Original window sticker, dealer invoice, and very complete service records. No rust. It has been meticulously maintained over the years, and continues to run like new at 143,000 mi. Originally metallic silver, it was repainted GP White in the mid eighties. ..Fuch 6x16 and 7x16 wheels with Bridgestone RE11’s
..Engine had thorough top end and complete reseal at 103,000 miles and runs strong
..Leakdown at recent last completed service was 98% on all cylinders
..28 tube factory brass cooler runs through original 73 thermostat
..Dealer installed A/C , new Sanden type compressor. Works great
    ..SSI heat exchangers
    ..New alternator
..Recaro LS sport seats done in perforated leather by Tony at Autobahn Interiors
..European H4 headlights, 80/100W with relays

..Shocks: Koni Gas adjustable, red front, sport yellow rear . . .

    . . . Included: Original steering wheel, warm air intake box, 2 6x15 and 2 7x15 Fuchs . . .

. . . I use the car about 3-5k miles a year and she is a very reliable strong runner with no issues. She is kept to a very high standard you should have no qualms about picking this car up and driving her cross country. All you’ll need to do is regular maintenance . . .

'. . . purchased new by the seller at Northwood Porsche in San Antonio, Texas, and was modified in the style of a Carrera RS in the 1980s. Work included adding a fiberglass front bumper, a ducktail spoiler, and fender flares as well as well as increasing the engine displacement to 2.7 liters. Carrera-style timing chain tensioners have been fitted, and additional equipment includes a five-speed manual transaxle, mechanical fuel injection, SSI stainless-steel heat exchangers, Fuchs 16” forged alloy wheels, Koni shocks, a MOMO steering wheel, Recaro front sport seats, air conditioning, and a Sony AM/FM cassette stereo. This modified 911S is now offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a tool kit, spare parts, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

left the factory finished in Silver Metallic and was modified in the 1980s with an RS-style fiberglass front bumper, a ducktail spoiler, an extended rear bumper, and flared fenders before a repaint in Grand Prix White, per the seller. Additional details include a black removable roof panel, a brushed stainless-steel Targa bar, a black left-side mirror, and body-color headlight bezels. The windshield was replaced in 2017, and the decklid, engine compartment, and rear quarter panels were refinished in 2021 following damage from a fire. The left taillight lens is cracked, and paint chips are noted around the car.

Fuchs 16” forged alloy wheels are mounted with 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R tires that were mounted in 2017. Koni adjustable shocks are said to have been fitted along with 19.0mm front and 24.5mm rear sway bars, and the rear shocks were reportedly replaced in 2021. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.

Recaro front bucket seats trimmed in black upholstery and accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and rear jump seats. Haargarn salt-and-pepper carpets were reportedly installed in 2023, and additional appointments include a Sony AM/FM cassette stereo, air conditioning, and a fire extinguisher mounted in the driver-side footwell. Dual Sonnenschein Gel batteries were reportedly fitted in 2021.

. . . MOMO Prototipo steering wheel fronts a central 8k-rpm tachometer flanked by a 150-mph speedometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 56k miles and has rolled over.

. . . seller states that the displacement of the flat-six was increased to 2.7 liters in the 1980s utilizing Mahle Nikasil pistons and cylinders and that the engine was rebuilt again in the late 1990s. Additional modifications are said to include an RS-specification MFI pump, Turbo-style lower valve covers, SSI stainless-steel heat exchangers, case savers, and shuffle pins. Carrera-style hydraulic timing chain tensioners were installed in 2017, and a Valeo 85-amp alternator has reportedly been installed. A rotary air conditioning compressor has been fitted, and condensers are located on the underside of the decklid and behind the front bumper. The ignition module, heater valve, air conditioning receiver drier, and engine surround seals were replaced in 2021 along with the fuel pump, filter, lines, and MFI pump belt. The starter motor, spark plugs, and engine oil were replaced in 2023. Leakdown test results are shown in the gallery
